Interesting, but I'm very much of the same opinion as Jacob and KDF-- 1. Sony saddles everything with their proprietary nonsense 2. 320x240 non-touchscreen isn't going to compete with the 800x480 touchscreen on the 770.
I'd be curious to see it in action, and to see how certain usability issues with the 770 (wifi needs to reconnect after idle time, battery life, etc.) fare with this thing. But the Mylo isn't coming close to my "gotta have it" radar. FWIW, an integrated QWERTY keyboard is borderline useless for slimserver functions, IMO. I use a bluetooth keyboard on the 770, but it only comes in handy for typing emails.
