Here is a technique I found on another post somewhere around here. Download a application called ntop (ntop.org). This application is an open source application that will capture your nextwork traffic on your PC.
The next application is called Urlsnopper (http://www.donationcoder.com/Software/Mouser/urlsnooper/index.html) This application will identify what web pages your PC is going to. Using this in conjunction with Ntop application will show what multimedia stream you are ending up at.
