The firewall seemed to be the culprit. Turning off Windows Firewall got the plugin working immediately. I had 2 firewalls running - Windows Firewall and Black Ice Defender - all with the same ports open. The plugin works with Black Ice Defender running but *not* with Windows Firewall. Any idea on what Windows Firewall setting needs to be tweaked?
