I have some mp3's which are encoded at 384kbps and softsqueeze doesn't seem to want to play them. The fact that they are at this high bitrate seems to be the only difference between the files that will and won't play.
Have I made a mistake encoding files at this high bitrate? Incidentally the problem is not restricted to softsqueeze, will play: madplay, mpg321 won't play: mpg123, mplayer Thanks for any help.
