It's not a known bug, but it may indicate the router is clogging up - insufficient resources to handle the LAN stream.
I realize it's a pretty high-spec router but bittorrent isn't especially intensive on the server, just on the router. Try wiring the SB (temporarily) to the router - I believe LAN traffic ought to be lighter on the router than WLAN.
