Auto-shutoff seems to be hard to do exactly right. My Behringer active monitors (B2031A) have the unfortunate habit to shut off too soon (at low listening levels). That's even more annoying. I fixed that with AmpSwitch and the manual power setting. Ampswitch could fix your problem too, if you find it too annoying...
