Ok, I have tried the Network Test, and the results are excellent for up to 3000kbps (i.e. 100%) When I try 4000kpbs, it starts to drop below 100%, however, I believe from what it says there, that's pretty good.
could you please "Enable Performance Monitoring", start playing a few songs and open the "Server Statistics" after a few minutes? (you'll find those links on the health page)
