This may see trivial but i've just recieved my first squeezebox today
today, i've taken it out of the box (all excited) and to be honest it
looks like it is a reconditioned model with little scratches all over
the unit and the remote.
Did you purchase from a reseller or through SlimDevices directly? Did the remote have the plastic film on it between the buttons?
