We're crossing messages. 1. Stop slimserver 2. Keep a copy of the working Mplayer. 3. Delete the Alien folder in Plugins. 4. Run the install program AlienBBC-v1.05_6.2.exe - it is NOT zip file. I though I corrected the post to point to the EXE. 5. Start slimserver
