Not sure what I did but this was working fine at one time. Slimserver is running on my Redhat 9 box and the web interface is accessible and works fine. When I go to any of my Windows machines on the network and try to access the server I get a page not found message in the browser. I have tried to connect to it both by server name and by ip address. I can ping the server and I can access all of the Samba shares from Windows. If I telnet to the server using the ip address 1912.168.0.5 on port 9000 I can connect. If I do the same with the server name it fails. I have disabled the iptables firewall on the server and have tried the same from Windows and still no joy. The ports 9000 and 3483 appear to be open. I'm not sure what else to try.
