Are any of the big name ones wireless though? And none of them are going to be open to being modified/hacked.
Personally i think slaes of these are going to increase massively over the next couple of years. I was reading in Amature Photographer last night that there are more Camera Phones "in use"* today than regular gigital and film cameras put together. By 2010 there will be more camera phones in circulation than film cameras -manufactured in their entire histor-. that is an amazing number. If a SlimPhoto were to be produced with BlueTooth then i think there would be a huge market for them. It also would not be competing with their original products so they would have two distinct products that could, in theory, feed off each other. Especially if they share a lot of the server software (the processor in the SB or Transporter could, i'm sure, be used for this). Also don't forget, when the SliMP3 was first released, there wasn't exactly a huge market for these things :) * "in use" means they have been used to take at least one photo in the past year -- funkstar ------------------------------------------------------------------------ funkstar's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2335 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=27013 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
