It is a limited special edition only available through brack.ch. AFAIK it's the same hardware as the 106 but with added RAM.
Brack.ch tells me that they only deliver to Switzerland. There are some other online stores with brack.ch "behind" them, you can identify these as the have the very same product descriptions as on the brack.ch site. Maybe one of them sells this article as well and would deliver it abroad. But maybe they are not allowed to do so. I don't know. Try preissuchmaschine.ch et al.
