I have not personnally tried the nokia770 remote, however the skin made for it is rather nice and if the nokia770 renders it well then I would say if you want the remote of the sonos with a squeezbox just get a nokia770. About the same price as the sonos remote.
But not using either one myself I can not say more how they compare.
