No - but the Touch in 6.5 is based on the Nokia770 skin.
well originally, actually, the nokia skin borrowed heavily from Touch,
mainly redefining the layout to fit the nokia screen size.
Ben took it and made it so much more. In recognition of
the effort and success of his efforts on the nokia skin,
the original Touch skin was erased in favour of making
it into a variant of the Nokia770 skin
