You would need to trash the SimServer Preference Pane. That might be enough, but other files you could trash would be
SlimDevices folder in your library (or in the main Library, depending on your installation), the preference file named com.slimdevices.com.plist the SlimServer folder in the Caches folder of your LIbrary. I would empty the trash after trashing these.
