Windows Mobile Media is trash, utter trash. It cant do anything well, even local content. It's pathetic on every level.
I recommend Conduites Pocket Player. It the best WM5 music play by far and does streming quite well. If you want a free program for streaming, you can also try Mortplayer or TCPMP (does music, but is really best for video). But pocket player is worth the money IMO, try the others first though.
