now that the installer for windows has become 26 meg, perhaps it's time to split it up? I only have a squeezebox, why does my installer (and installed slim server) need to support the Transporter, Nokia N70 etc ?
You can always use subversion to only download the latest changes. This reduces a daily update to a few seconds.
