I use the iTunes rating plugins that require slimserver to run as an app not a service. Over the last couple of upgrades (not up to 6.5 yet) of continually checked the option to start slimserver manually, not automatically at start up. It doesn't work though. It still starts up and I have to end the slim.exe process so I can start it again. Anybody know what's going on? Will a clean install of 6.5 fix this?
