Thanks. I emailed tech support and got the same answer, although they also said to delete the prefs file. Unfortunately, it did not solve my problem. I ended up deleting the album from my music folder, doing a clear and rescan to make sure it didn't show up, reripping the album and then doing a new music scan. The album now is listed correctly.
