Oh, one more thing, if you open up the event viewer (click start, click run, type in 'eventvwr' and hit enter), you can export the event viewer's application log which would contain any relevant crash information. You would probably want to zip that file before sending it in. (right-click on the file and there should be an option to add to compressed folder--can't remember precisely what the option says...)
