I was just looking at the scanner options displayed by scanner.pl and had a couple questions:
Is the path/URL required, or will the scanner use the music folder path from the prefs file when it's not explicitly given on the command line? If it _is_ passed on the command line, then where does the scanner get its playlist folder from? Is --cleanup (Run a database cleanup job at the end of the scan) recommended, and is it normally done when a scan is run from within SlimServer? How does the scanner locate the default prefs file if it isn't explicitly given by the --prefsfile option?
