Disabling SSID has been hit and miss for me with the SB3. The way I find that works:
- enable SSID, find it and connect - once connected, disable SSID The Squeezebox should still find the AP without you having to do anything. I find that disabling SSID at the start, then entering it in and having it look for it didn't always work. Of course, disabling SSID won't help with security and just serves to break things. The SSID is broadcast using more than one mechanism, you're just disabling the most obvious one. If someone wants your SSID, they can still find it without too much trouble.
