Hmm - I've checked the latest iTunes SDK and that's the only Volume related value they've documented.
If you can post a snippet of the Itunes XML file for affected files I'm happy to look again. Alternatively there's the worst case option to delete your iTunes database and reimport all your music with Sound Check disabled. Of course that solution is not without it's risks depending on how you have tagged your files.
