With some more work I have got it to work with every function I use on the original remotes. The activity based approach works really good, just push "Watch TV" and it will turn on the TV, turn on the the receiver and select correct input. The same work with "Play Music" but then it turns on the SqueezeBox and receiver and selects the correct input on the receiver for the SqueezeBox. It has worked with every device I have tried it with besides the iMon IR in the HTPC which doesn't work with any universal remote.
