I'm relatively new to SD, but I have been impressed with the quality of the product and the responsiveness and enthusiasm of everyone involved both from the company and active forum contributors.
The SD product appealed to me not only for its high spec but also because it was a techie and tweakable solution to my requirements. I have spent many happy hours messing about with the software and hardware. Good luck Sean and all at SD, enjoy the fruits of your hard work and inventiveness.
