kill.exe and rkill.exe are Resource Kit utilities
taskkill.exe maybe natively available under Windows XP just try
"taskkill.exe /?" from the command-line

PSKill is available from Sysinternals. All will allow you to kill a
task / process from a batch file but the command-line syntax will
probably be different for each one.
