I understand its pretty hard to see where you're going with your head stuck up your arse too... No offence intended, but what were you expecting? That Apple would eschew USB because it suited you better? That Apple would wait for IBM to rev the power CPU for more speed and less wattage (when they were clearly off building Cell for Sony and cared less for the comparably small volumes Apple would sell). That Slimdevices would turn down what I am sure was a lucrative and otherwise attractive offer because not all of Logitech's products were fabulous every day of their existence? For me, I'm happy the guys have had a chance to raise the bar. Whatever else Logitech does, they will spread these devices much further and much more widely than SD ever could have alone. And as one of the original buyers, owner of two of the hand assembled slim's, I'm happy to see the Sean and the guys kick on. And they're still involved. I have no doubt they will not suddenly eschew quality or good design principles. These boys have no need to gain my trust. They got that long ago and this sale will not change that. And even if it did, I have what I paid for. Rather more than I paid for by my reckoning. These are great devices and even if it all goes pear shaped tomorrow, they will still work and I have no doubt will continue to do so for a long time. Thats what makes these great pieces of hardware, its what makes the server software as fabulous as it is and frankly I will have no hesititation recommending both to anyone who asks me "what that funny looking clock over there is".
