Seems like it should. Format the path to the music folder in SlimServer thusly:
\\xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx\musicshare where "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" is the IP number of the router and "musicshare" is the name you gave to the shared music folder on the USB drive. I'm assuming the router has a web interface for creating shares on the drive.
