I moved my SB3 to another room. After I plugged it in - it does not respond to the remote. I have tried to reset it using the + key when I plug it in - still nothing but a black screen. Also tried keeping the power button pressed - nada happens.
When I look on the back of the unit I can see that the toslink red light is On - so the unit is getting power. Any suggestions? Do I send the unit back for service? and if so - where is the link to shipping/repair info?
