I'm a complete newbie totally lost in the fun of my toy. There seems to be great potentials yet to be uncovered. I mostly want it to be a external soundcard, so that I can watch DVD, listen to midi files, or even play games with that great little BOX!
Technically it should not be that difficult. Basically squeezebox IS a wireless soundcard. I just don't see why it still must be used in a clumsy "database" mode which has to be reconstructed from time to time. All I want to see is a program that makes squeezebox appear in "sound and audio devices" under windows control panel.
