try the unc path (\\server\path\to\folder)
you'll also need to make sure that slimserver is running as a user with
permissions to access the network drive.
if that fails, check the faq or search the forum for "mapped drive" and
you'll be sure to find many tips. This question is asked and answered
at least once a week, and in fact was also covered earlier today.
