The TF5800PVR only has a USB port - lots of people network to this via various devices which effectively provide the USB to Ethernet link including small linux/windows PC's and other devices.
Assuming that you are connected in this way then yes you can then install TAPs etc via the link as it is simply a matter of sending the required file to the correct folder.
