Windows OnceCare and SlimServer definitely do not get along at startup,
which is unfortunate, because OneCare is the best behaving, most
seamless and least resource sapping antivirus package I've come
across.

Fortunately, it's an addressable issue. After a little research, I
found that it's possible to force a service to load after other
service(s) by adding a DependOnService REG_MULTI_SZ value to it
Registry key. I did so to the slimsvc key. I added this text to ensure
these services load before slimsvc:

ALG
MpFilter
msfwsvc
MSFWHLPR
nla
SSDPSRV
TermService
WinDefend

Most of those services are related to OneCare and there are a few
otheres thrown in for good measure.
