Well, I'm not sure why I never got much of a log listing via the HTML interface, but I read through the wiki on running the scanner from the command prompt (I sure am learning stuff), set just about every flag I could think of and saved the log to a file. The scan crashed again, I noted the MP3 it had stopped scanning at, and moved it out of my music directory, and ... viola...SUCCESS! The scan ran to completion, and now I have album art (for those I have it for). It would be nice to have gotten some kind of error message when the scanner crashed but I feel happy now that it finally suceeded. -- BlueWombat ------------------------------------------------------------------------ BlueWombat's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=6159 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=29477 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
