A Swedish audio magazine (HiFi & Musik) tested both a few weeks back and wrote about the bad sound from the Roku which they tracked down to the upsampling. If they fed the Roku with a 48kHz signal it sounded great but how many CDs use that sampling rate? The SB3 got very good reviews. Also, the lack of WPA in the Roku was a deal-breaker for me. -- bergek Transporter - Squeezebox 3 - Serener GS-L02 - Via EPIA SP8000 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bergek's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=7805 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=29770 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
