A Swedish audio magazine (HiFi & Musik) tested both a few weeks back
and wrote about the bad sound from the Roku which they tracked down to
the upsampling. If they fed the Roku with a 48kHz signal it sounded
great but how many CDs use that sampling rate? The SB3 got very good
reviews.

Also, the lack of WPA in the Roku was a deal-breaker for me.
