can you give me some info on the power line control?
Very quickly....
X10 powerline control uses plugin modules that sit between the device
and the power socket.
You can set up slimserve to send messages (via xpl) to swich on and off
devices.
This requires a plugin module for the amp, and a sender module attached
to your pc.
You can also control lights and other devices with this set up.
