I use my bedroom SB3 as an alarm clock, which usually works pretty well.
I use a Dutch public radio wma stream to wake me up with the news. This
morning slimserver was unable to connect to the wma stream. The alarm
didn't go off and I was late.
This was actually the second time it happened. Of course I could use a
normal playlist with local files, but I happen to like being woken up by
the news.
My request would be for slimserver to play an alert tone (or some
backup-mp3) if the alarm clock tune/stream cannot be played for some reason.
