If everything works - that's good. Missing "RTSP" - not possible if you are listening to BBC so there must be something else in the mix (e.g. browser cache) - but why worry if everything is OK.
I think R4 LW is not restricted so you could try listening to it for the cricket on your PC on the BBC web site.
