Hmm, that'd be even more unfortunate to have shelled out $2k
and the knob's not even useful. Did they do no user testing?
as with anything, some will like it others not. The simple act of
having to get up and cross the room to use it makes it slower than the
arrow buttons. Aside from that, I felt it worked wonderfully when it
was a bit looser, but then others started to complain that it was too
loose, too fast and wrapped too easily at the end of the list. So, it
gets tighter. Naturally, I believe my opinion should have mattered
more, but I'm not going to pretend to suggest that my opinion should
be shared by everyone who has used the knob.
