Having speakers in the roof is not usually considered a suitable solution for hifi, so you may need to look more industrial (PA)solutions rather than looking at hifi forums. Powered speakers still need analog signal as far as I know. Powered speakers usually just means there is an amp is built into the speaker box. I'm sure there probably are exceptions. The SB is a switchmode PSU and accepts a wide range of input voltages, including 220V.
