This is telling us one thing we know already - that IR response time is slow. 8% of IR commands take between 1 and 5 seconds and 2% of IR commands take between 0.5 and 1 seconds. This is a very long time for IR commands.
28% of IR commands take between 0.1 and 0.5 seconds to process. This is also quite slow for IR response. This is also telling us something we don't know and that you haven't commented on: web page response is very slow as well - 54% of web page builds take between 1 and 5 seconds. All in all, it's indicating the server is having a hard time keeping up, probably due to a lack of resources, most likely memory. As to where to go from here, it's hard to say. Try to minimize the load on the server: don't use the web UI unless you need it, and try to minimize the plugins you're using. Is your ReadyNAS being used for other tasks (i.e. bittorrent?) Try to move ReadyNAS tasks like bittorrent and ftp to a PC if you can. Hopefully others will have other suggestions.
