I posted to this problem a LONG time ago. I'm having it happen on both an SB3 and Transporter using digital outs. The devices themselves are set to NOT turn off the digital stream when off, which makes no difference. I can listen to the encoded files on any playback software and they're all OK.
This is DEFINITELY a SERVER issue, as it DOES happen with SoftSqueeze, too. I'm not doing ANYTHING crazy with the files! Most are Apple AAC and the CUT-OFF issue doesn't happen with all AAC files.
