In the vein of possible simple fixes, I generally like the Fishbone skin a great deal. But on a wider screen, when I am scrolling a list of artists to add to a playlist or to delete from one, it's very very hard to distinguish which of the rows the artist is on. You start way over at the left with the artist name, then slide the cursor all the way across to the tiny buttons on the right. Half the time I'm up or down a row (usually down).
