5 days is far too long. They are usually very quick, but sometimes the responses have gotten lost in spam filters. Certainly, it is always possible that a message simply fell through the cracks. I expect they are rather flooded due to the increased activity since the logitech purchase. Occasionally there are posts here from ppl who have been missed (easily solved by a quick fwd to KP at SD), so hopefully you'll hear more soon.
