Hi-- I'm looking for a little guidance on a duplicate-album problem with my new SlimServer 6.5.1 install. I'm running off the linux RPM; I have SlimServer running on a machine named Spirit, and all my music is also on the machine. I have iTunes as my library management, and the tunes are listed in the iTunes .xml file like this: <key>Location</key><string>file://localhost//Spirit/mp3\ /Aimee%20Mann/Lost%20in%20Space/Aimee%20Mann%20-%20It's%20Not%20(Lost%20in%20Sp\ ace).mp3</string>
However, from SlimServer's perspective, the files are stored in the /home/mp3 directory. I've done a database Clear Library and rescan everything, and I have two copies of each album instead of one. When I look at the details of each track, one copy is /Spirit/mp3/etc., and one is /home/mp3/etc. I had everything working correctly under 6.2.0, but it's been ages since I installed, and I can't remember if I needed to do anything special to make it work.
