I too keep Slim on both my PC and my Mac laptop and switch between servers from the SB3. Why? Different music on my Mac, mostly jazz. I don't want to rerip it all to the PC. So I just use the Mac server as a whole new music library. Not that inconvenient, really, just a few clicks of the SB remote.
