I don't know what tool you would use to generate a DTS bitstream from a 6ch WAV, but even if you were equipped to do that, you wouldn't want to as it would cause significant degradation, being a "second generation". You will need to rip again, and extract the DVD's native AC3 or DTS stream, without expanding it to 6ch WAV.
