Not being a brit, I'm not sure of the subtleties of "flat", but I thought that was just an apartment. I live in an apartment. It's 18 stories high, and adjacent to 2 others of about the same size. There's a community college across the street. Between the 3 apartment buildings and the college, there are at least 5 strong wifi zones in the area and another 5 or so that drift in and out on the winds. Not an ideal situation.
