Look at Shure E-series headphones, http://www.shure.com/PersonalAudio/Products/Earphones/ESeries/index.htm
They are sound isolating, meaning they seal off your ear to outside noises. They also seal in the sound so don't leak very much either. They are superb sounding (way better than Bose IMO).
