I see. Yes, you're probably right - this was a change made in SlimServer 6.5. What's happening is those albums aren't being recognized as the same album. Instead, SlimServer sees them as distinct albums for each artist (probably with only one or so tracks), not compilations. SlimServer 6.5 now requires all tracks for a compilation album to be located in the same folder. If I recall correctly, this was a side effect of being able to distinguish albums with the same name from one-another.
